Returns & Refunds

All items in this shop are made in small batches or produced on demand especially for you.

 

Some pieces are printed one by one through print-on-demand. Others are handmade or prepared by me in my studio. Nothing is mass-produced or stocked like a large retailer.

Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for size changes, change of mind, or ordering mistakes.

This shop is run independently by one artist, not a corporation. Each order involves real time, materials, and care. Producing items only when needed helps avoid waste and overproduction, and keeps this practice sustainable.

Before ordering, please take a moment to double-check sizes, colors, and shipping information. Thoughtful, mindful purchases truly support small art practices like mine.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

 

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days with photos and your order number. I’ll happily arrange a replacement.
