I made a t-shirt for when your brain won't shut up.
For overthinkers, anxious minds, queer people, neurodivergent folks — and anyone who feels too much, too often.
The illustration
The graphic is called "Overthinking Everything." A raw black and red drawing, somewhere between anxiety, tenderness, and survival.
Can you believe this is a self-portrait from 2014?
I've been carrying this image around for over ten years. It started as something personal — a way of drawing what it feels like to be inside my own head. Now it's on a tee. Now other people can wear it.
That feels right.
The design
The illustration is on the back. Big. Unavoidable. On the front left, just the text: Overthinking Everything.
Because sometimes you want to lead with the words. And sometimes you want the image to follow you.
The tee
Big, oversized, heavyweight cotton. Soft and protective — like something you can hide in when the world gets too loud.
I've been wearing it a lot lately. It feels more like armor than clothing.
Details:
- 100% heavyweight cotton
- Snow-washed vintage finish
- Oversized loose fit with drop shoulders
- Illustration on the back, text on the front left chest
- Made to order to avoid waste
Fit note: Intentionally oversized. Size down for a more fitted look, or embrace the full cocoon.
Who it's for
If you live in your head like I do — this one might be for you.
If you overthink every text message, every interaction, every decision you made in 2009 — this one is definitely for you.
If you're neurodivergent, anxious, queer, or just someone who feels everything a little too intensely — welcome. There's a tee for that.
